Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Configuration Analyst to join our Customer Experience Delivery teams. This role is pivotal in driving customer outcomes during their implementation journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers and teams throughout implementations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate system configuration, data quality, and resolution of configuration data issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive data entry on Salesforce and other project systems.
  • Collaborate with Implementation Consultants and customer support team.
  • Promote seamless Implementation services by configuring systems, identifying and resolving configuration issues, and implementing necessary resolutions.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as system updates, data review and input, project updates, and ad-hoc requests.
  • E nsure data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while adhering to relevant procedures and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification, or 2+ years' experience in HR/Payroll SaaS configuration environment.
  • Experience in processing and reviewing large datasets and data entry.
  • Administrative experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and/or payroll systems is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to work independently.
