Job Overview

We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will play a crucial role in the successful onboarding and implementation of our platform for our clients.

As an Implementation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients, understanding their business requirements, configuring our system, and providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition.

You will collaborate with project managers to create and maintain project schedules, task lists, and timelines. Additionally, you will assist in developing project plans, objectives, deliverables, and resource allocation.

Your expertise in configuring and customizing platforms will be invaluable in guiding clients through the onboarding process and ensuring they have a clear understanding of our system's capabilities and functionalities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with project managers to create and maintain project schedules, task lists, and timelines
  • Assisting in developing project plans, objectives, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Configuring and customizing our platform to meet client needs
  • Providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition
  • Maintaining updated and accurate configuration workbook templates and documentation of configuration settings for customers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science or equivalent degree
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a related role
  • Background and strong interest in B2B Enterprise SaaS Implementation and HR domain experience
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and Google Apps
  • Organization and efficiency in time management and ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Proficiency in data analysis and process/operations improvement
  • Detail-oriented with proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing project requirements
