Data Configuration Specialist

This role involves working with our implementation teams to drive customer outcomes during their implementation journey. We are looking for an individual who can support customers and teams on all aspects of implementations, ensuring accurate and timely system configuration, data quality and identification and resolution of configuration data issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers and teams on all aspects of implementations, ensuring accurate and timely system configuration, data quality and identification and resolution of configuration data issues.
  • Ensure the completeness of data entry maintenance on project systems, communicating clearly with stakeholders and exceeding their expectations.
  • Be part of transformative change in the way we help customers implement our platform, working across the team to provide paid and unpaid services to customers.
  • Work alongside consultants and customer support team members, learning and growing within our start-up culture.
  • Support end-to-end implementation services by performing system configuration, checking and analysing configuration issues, and carrying necessary resolutions and action items.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including systems updates, data review and input, project updates and other ad-hoc requests.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity and security.
  • Assist with keeping internal tools and tracking systems up to date, which may include project management software and collaboration tools.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators, following all relevant procedures and standard operating procedures as laid out by the organization and your manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (or relevant qualification) OR 2+ years' experience in a HR/Payroll SaaS configuration environment.
  • Experience in processing and reviewing large data sets and data entry.
  • Experience administering a HR Information System (HRIS) and/or payroll system is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
