About the Role
FHT ENGINEERING SERVICES is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join its dynamic team in Davao City. As a full-time member of the administrative department, you will provide key support to ensure the smooth operation.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, payment processing, and record-keeping
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Assist with payroll and human resources tasks
- Provide customer service support to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate logistics and travel arrangements as needed
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with multitasking and prioritization abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and office productivity tools
- Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
