Job Summary:

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients across various regions, including US, APAC, and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media channels
  • Assist customers with product or service-related questions, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow standard procedures for issue escalation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Italian languages
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and data entry at 40 wpm
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment, demonstrating professional phone skills
  • Previous experience in technical support or sales is an asset
