Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive support for all aspects of the credentialing and re-credentialing process. This includes managing applications conducting primary source verification and maintaining the credentialing database with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant federal state and local regulations and accreditation standards. Serve as a key point of contact for inquiries and processes.
- Assist with the provider privileging process by preparing necessary documentation and facilitate the credentialing components of new provider onboarding.
- Support the generation of credentialing reports proactively identify and help resolve issues and contribute to the improvement of credentialing processes and workflows.
- As Finni Health grows and evolves responsibilities may adapt and change to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
You are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual eager to contribute to a growing healthcare startup. A proactive team player with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency in administrative processes is required.
- Experience 1-3 years of relevant administrative support experience ideally within a healthcare setting or a regulated environment.

- Administrative Acumen: A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to managing documentation and data.
