About the Role

As a Platform Specialist, you will build and launch mobile platforms for our clients, manage deployments, execute platform updates, and ensure every build meets quality standards.

This role is key to delivering seamless onboarding experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Build client mobile platforms following guidelines and best practices.

Execute branded app deployments, including testing and implementing updates.

Perform QA checks to ensure platform accuracy and functionality.

Log work and updates in internal tracking systems.

Collaborate with teams to resolve technical issues.

Continuously suggest improvements to internal workflows and tools.

Stay up-to-date with product enhancements and industry trends.

Success Metrics

SLA Compliance: ≥ 95% of builds completed on time.

Internal Ticket Resolution Time: ≤ 2 business days.

Deployment Volume: Meets monthly team benchmarks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

2+ years of experience working with technical products.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Familiarity with web builders is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication.

Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
