Marketing Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled and driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute the marketing strategy for a luxury wellness retreat. This role involves building brand presence, generating qualified leads, and driving sales of off-plan villas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for the luxury wellness retreat project.
  • Generate qualified leads from international markets using online marketing campaigns.
  • Establish and grow a strong social media presence across platforms.
  • Create a monthly content calendar and optimize raw video and photo content for Reels, stories, and posts.
  • Set up and run paid campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Support the launch of a new website showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
  • Design a structured funnel and lead qualification system to filter serious investors.
  • Prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably with off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
  • Strong background in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • Ability to create and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive sales.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders.
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
