Senior Marketing Cloud Consultant Role

This is a senior-level position that requires the expertise of a seasoned strategist to help clients unlock the full potential of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and drive customer engagement and business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough business analysis, including review of existing processes, systems, and documentation.
  • Identify different use cases and create test scripts specific to captured user requirements.
  • Contribute to solution design while working alongside Solution and Technical Architect(s) and other team members.
  • Map requirements to capabilities leveraging and maximising standard features.
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, including configuration, data migration, and integration with other platforms.
  • Configure and customise systems in line with solution design and adhere to best practices and standards.
  • Conduct user training sessions and promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud features.
  • Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
  • Gather data to define and document business requirements and work closely with the Solution lead designer in mapping solutions per requirement.
  • Provide input to projects estimates specific to declarative part of system design.
  • Identify different use cases and create test scripts specific to captured user requirements.
  • Manage the implementation of SF Solution design to meet business requirements.
  • Perform system configuration and groundwork per specification of an architect or lead designer.
  • Offer advice or suggestions for improvement according to the objectives of the design.
  • Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation.
  • Participate in hypercare support to provide assistance to end users.
  • Stay updated with the latest Marketing Cloud features and industry trends to provide clients with innovative solutions.
