Business Development Representative Opportunity

We're on the hunt for a driven and resourceful sales development representative who knows how to build a pipeline from scratch. If you're a natural connector, skilled at cold outreach across channels, and have experience booking high-quality appointments in the B2B space — we'd love to hear from you.

Sourcing your own leads is key to success in this role. You'll take the lead on finding and qualifying potential clients by digging into LinkedIn, company websites, industry directories, and other online resources.

  • Leads Sourcing: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through online research and prospecting.
  • Cold Outreach (Done Right): Reach out to potential clients across email, phone, LinkedIn, and even SMS. No spammy templates — we're all about creative, personalized, and strategic touchpoints that actually get replies.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule solid, qualified meetings for our U.S.-based sales rep. You'll be speaking directly with decision-makers and getting time locked in on their calendar.
  • Pipeline Management: Stay on top of your pipeline using a CRM or spreadsheet, making sure every interaction is logged, follow-ups are timely, and no lead falls through the cracks.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven Sales Experience: 2.5–5 years of experience in outbound B2B lead generation and appointment setting, ideally in industries like marketing, SaaS, or advertising.
  • Fluent English, Confident Voice: Fluent, American-accent or neutral English speaker with a confident voice when communicating with business owners or execs over the phone.
  • Multichannel Outreach Pro: Experienced in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, VoIP dialers, email outreach platforms, and CRMs. Ability to adapt your outreach process for different industries.
  • Full-Cycle Prospecting: Comfortable handling everything from identifying leads to securing the meeting. Knowledge of building relationships across multiple touchpoints and keeping momentum going.
  • Bonus: Targeting small to mid-sized business owners is a plus.
