Merchant Support Role

In this dynamic and customer-centric position, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support to our e-commerce clients. This involves fostering strong relationships through daily communication via email, Slack, and chat to resolve issues and provide an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to merchant inquiries, demonstrating a commitment to timely support
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and offer solutions or escalate when necessary
  • Become an expert on our product to answer questions quickly and accurately
  • Manage multiple open conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Ensure all tickets are resolved in a timely manner, following up as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams on escalated or complex issues, driving resolutions forward
  • Identify trends in support issues and share insights with relevant teams to inform product development
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing through documentation and training initiatives
