Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer experiences, staying organized, and being involved in various aspects of a growing business.

  • Customer Service: The successful candidate will act as the primary contact for online customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders promptly.
  • Inventory Management: They will monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely restocking of products.
  • Order Processing: The candidate will oversee the order fulfillment process, including picking, packing, and shipping orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Product Listings: They will create, edit, and maintain product listings on our e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate descriptions and pricing.
  • Data Entry: The successful candidate will maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions in our database.
  • Reporting: They will generate regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Candidate Profile: We seek a highly skilled and experienced professional with strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and process orders promptly.
  • Technical Skills: The ideal candidate will have expertise in inventory management, order processing, and data entry, as well as proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software.
