Job Description:
">- We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with a strong background in accounting and business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring business listings, reaching out to business sellers via calls and emails, and providing administrative support.
- Monitor and manage business listings across platforms.
- Communicate with business sellers through professional calls and emails.
- Draft, proofread, and send correspondence with flawless English grammar and tone.
- Assist with daily administrative and executive support tasks.
- Handle accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment scheduling.
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support bookkeeping tasks as required.
- Prepare reports, maintain organized documentation, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth business operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Prior experience in an accounting firm is highly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or business listing platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
