  • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with a strong background in accounting and business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring business listings, reaching out to business sellers via calls and emails, and providing administrative support.
">Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage business listings across platforms.
  • Communicate with business sellers through professional calls and emails.
  • Draft, proofread, and send correspondence with flawless English grammar and tone.
  • Assist with daily administrative and executive support tasks.
  • Handle accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment scheduling.
  • Manage accounts receivable processes, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support bookkeeping tasks as required.
  • Prepare reports, maintain organized documentation, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth business operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Prior experience in an accounting firm is highly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or business listing platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
