Logistics and Freight Forwarding Expert

We are seeking a skilled Logistics and Freight Forwarding Expert to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing import bookings, coordinating customer orders with overseas agents, and communicating with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating shipments and tracking order status reports;
  • Communicating with customers, service providers, airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents;
  • Processing job invoices and creditor invoices;
  • Arranging transport and cartage services;
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working area by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in Customs Administration or a related field;
  • More than 5 years of experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry;
  • Solid work exposure in end-to-end order processing activities;
  • Proficiency in using Cargowise/I CS/Excel software;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously;
  • Excellent customer service skills.
