We are looking for a Customer Relations Staff who will ensure excellent customer experience by managing client accounts, coordinating domestic freight forwarding operations, and providing timely solutions to customer concerns. If you are passionate about client service, highly organized, and experienced in logistics, we want you on our team


Job Description:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, tracking shipments, and providing timely updates.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and transport teams to ensure smooth and on-time cargo handling.
  • Monitor and manage shipment documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, providing quick and effective resolutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare service performance reports and recommend process improvements for better customer satisfaction.
  • Support sales and operations teams in meeting service commitments and company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four-year course (preferably in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management).
  • Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in customer service within the domestic freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Computer literate; knowledge of inventory management or shipment tracking systems is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
