About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Carrier Sales Specialist to join our growing logistics team. In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with carriers, negotiate competitive rates, and ensure timely freight movement. Responsibilities:

  • Source and secure carriers for freight shipments
  • Negotiate rates and manage carrier relationships
  • Track and ensure on-time delivery
  • Resolve shipment issues and provide exceptional service

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in carrier or freight brokerage (preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficient in logistics software (preferred)
