As a logistics specialist, you will play a key role in our operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire supply chain management process, from production planning with overseas manufacturers to final-mile delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with domestic and international manufacturers to coordinate production timelines, capacity, and material flow.
  • Oversee inbound logistics and outbound fulfillment, including freight, warehousing, and last-mile delivery services.
  • Monitor inventory movement and reconcile any discrepancies across systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast inventory needs and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Lead initiatives to improve manufacturing and logistics processes, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant trade regulations and industry standards.
Desired Background
  • 3–5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Background in DTC or CPG environments, preferably in a fast-growing setting.
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as NetSuite or DEAR.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills.
  • Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and freight forwarders.
  • Bonus: Exposure to quality control or sustainability practices in production and shipping.

This role reports to the Director of Operations and plays a vital part in scaling our operations as we expand product lines and distribution channels.
