Application Solutions Manager

The Application Solutions Manager is a key role responsible for the maintenance and delivery of enhancements and technical solutions for assigned applications. This includes meeting and addressing functional, operational, and compliance requirements.

  • Maintenance and Delivery:
    • Ensure application systems are available and meet committed Service Level Agreements.
    • Perform incident and problem management, coordinating with required units and management as necessary.
  • Analysis and Design:
    • Coordinate planning, prioritization, and implementation of system requests with business and vendor counterparts.
    • Perform systems analysis, design, and development.
  • Team Management:
    • Provide guidance to teams or personnel in the performance of their functions for application support and maintenance.
    • Conduct regular evaluations and conversations to facilitate performance improvements.
  • Compliance and Training:
    • Ensure compliance of application systems and related processes with policies, standards, and procedures.
    • Train and develop developers/analysts under supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a 4-year college degree in Computer Science, IT, or related courses.
  • At least 3 years in a similar function.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading a technical team.

Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid work arrangement.
