We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales and research department, you will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, recommending product solutions, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations to clients
  • Respond to technical inquiries from resellers or internal sales teams
  • Conduct product training sessions for resellers and end-customers
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Electronics Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience in handling network devices, servers, UPS, or data center products
