We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our customer support operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in team management and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Leverage exceptional leadership skills to drive high-performing teams
- Develop strategies to manage complex issues and escalations
- Monitor performance metrics and foster a collaborative environment
- Oversee customer support workflows, ensuring timely resolutions and clear communication
- Optimize Salesforce administration, including training, reporting, and automation
- 8+ years of production environment experience
- 5+ years of SQL and team leadership
- Strong background in Linux, networking, firewalls/VPNs, and relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL)
- Cloud systems experience (networking, storage)
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
