Job Title: Instructional Designer

We are seeking a skilled and creative Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing, animating, and producing engaging instructional videos that support our training initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in using video/audio tools such as Powtoon, Canva, Camtasia, Adobe tools, and voiceover platforms. Additionally, they will have basic knowledge of instructional design or eLearning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform training scripts and storyboards into polished, learner-centric animated videos using Powtoon or similar tools.
  • Apply our tone, branding, and design guidelines to produce videos that enhance clarity, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with content creators to storyboard scenes, plan visual flow, and determine the most effective visual treatment.
  • Integrate narration, background music, and sound effects to reinforce tone and timing.
  • Transform written training materials into dynamic, learner-friendly video formats.
  • Review and revise videos based on team and learner feedback to ensure high-quality final deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in instructional design or eLearning.
  • Proficiency in using video/audio tools such as Powtoon, Canva, Camtasia, Adobe tools, and voiceover platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of instructional design or eLearning.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
