Job Description

A thought leader in instructional design strategies and methodologies will provide guidance on scoping, analysis, design, evaluation, and implementation of effective learning experiences. The successful candidate will develop learning experiences that cater to the needs of learners, conduct thorough analyses of learning needs, audience, context, content, and performance, and gather data for analysis by collaborating with project members and departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop digital learning lessons that are engaging, interactive, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Produce development briefs outlining mood boards and interactions that enhance the learning experience.
  • Identify best interactions or media to present content in a clear and concise manner.
  • Apply visual design principles in every output to ensure a professional and polished look.
Courseware Development:
  • Conceptualize digital learning lessons that meet the needs of learners.
  • Develop advanced instructional media that is engaging and interactive.
Project Management:
  • Collaborate across functional teams to identify learning needs and develop solutions.
  • Keep track and report results of learning initiatives to measure their effectiveness.
  • Manage projects effectively to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Success Metrics:
  • Performance of learning programs deployed, measured by engagement, completion rates, and knowledge retention.
  • On-time delivery of projects managed, measured by project timelines and milestones.
  • Feedback from key stakeholders, measured by satisfaction surveys and evaluations.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Provide instructional design services to various functions, including training, marketing, and sales.
  • Implement new campaign/LOB launches by developing effective learning experiences and materials.
  • Address performance gaps in production by identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted solutions.
  • Continuing education and skills enhancement through workshops, conferences, and online courses.
  • Collaborate with Multimedia and Content Teams to develop engaging and interactive learning experiences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or closely related field.
  • Master's degree in Instructional Design, Distance Education, or Educational Technology is a plus.
  • 3-5 years experience in designing learner-centered training programs.
  • Working knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and evaluation principles.
  • Drafting measurable training goals and objectives that align with business objectives.
