The Student Success Care Services role is a vital part of our organization's commitment to supporting learners in achieving their academic goals. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to learners, ensuring they have the resources and guidance they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learner Support: Deliver high-quality support to learners, responding promptly to their inquiries and concerns, and providing tailored solutions to address their individual needs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage learner registrations, process requests for information updates, schedule exams, and perform routine administrative tasks as required.
  • Critical Thinking: Analyze complex issues, identify recurring problems, and escalate them to the Team Lead for further action.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals, share knowledge, and contribute to implementing proactive and reactive solutions to minimize potential problems.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehending English
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and collaboration
  • Basic knowledge of IT concepts and tools
  • 2 years of experience in Customer Service Industry (Email and Chat)
  • Prior experience working remotely
  • Experience working with customer service ticket systems
