Join the growing Customer Service team as a fulltime Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice Account) based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our e-commerce clients, providing exceptional customer service and support through various non-voice channels.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and other non-voice channels
  2. Resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively, going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience
  3. Process and track customer orders, returns, and exchanges
  4. Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues
  6. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
  7. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions

What we're looking for

  1. College grad - no experience required, good communication skills
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  5. Passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  7. Adaptable to change and willing to learn new skills
