Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Lead all post-sales activities for customers, including product knowledge planning, and execution.
  • Develop and maintain positive, trusted relationships with customers to provide ongoing value and support.
  • Identify and address customer challenges, opportunities, and risks to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Manage customer escalations, document open issues, and facilitate regular status meetings to drive resolution.
Requirements
  • 1-5 years of experience in Customer Success or a related field.
  • Experience working with telecommunication or SaaS providers is highly desirable.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A real passion for delivering top-notch account management and customer service.
