Job Title: Customer Success Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Success Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our Sales Team by providing timely and accurate administrative support.
You will work directly with our clients providing them Level 1 Technical Support to resolve queries ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as prepare relevant reports and documentation to support the team.
- Provide timely and professional support to the Sales Team and wider business, undertaking a wide variety of administrative, support and coordination functions working with both internal and external parties.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to resolve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
- Attend relevant meetings, record meeting notes, documenting key takeaway and action items.
- Create and maintain records in CRM/ERP, and ensuring all data is up to date, organized and accessible.
- Develop and prepare correspondence, documents, reports and present in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, monitoring progress and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and demonstrated 3-5 years in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional project management and time management skills across multiple calendars in a project support or coordination capacity.
- Demonstrates a high level of technical competency, proficiency in Microsoft O365, including SharePoint.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Ability to work as a part of a team or autonomously.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the development of and maintenance of professional and productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skill with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a self-starter, positive 'can do' attitude, enthusiastic and self-motivated with the drive to succeed.
Clearance Requirements:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Police Clearance.
