Strategic Commerce Partner Leader Job Description

This is a highly cross-functional role that blends commercial acumen, operational execution, and relationship management.

  • Define and execute the partner success strategy for commerce, from onboarding to sustained growth, focused on maximizing partner satisfaction, driving adoption of additional travel products, and increasing overall revenue performance.
  • Partner Enablement - Lead onboarding, enablement, and day-to-day engagement for partners, acting as their advocate.
  • Drive adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an excellent partner experience
  • Leverage analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make data-backed decisions to optimize offerings.

An ideal candidate has:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Business-level fluency in Korean and English (required)
  • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in travel, e-commerce, or working with clients is a strong plus.
