We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Workforce Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing work schedules that maximize efficiency and minimize costs;
  • Analyzing historical data and current trends to forecast future workload and adjust schedules accordingly;
  • Maintaining accurate records of employee availability, skills, and preferences;
  • Collaborating with training and talent acquisition teams to ensure adequate staffing levels;
  • Monitoring adherence to work schedules and tracking over/under compliance;
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to optimize workflow;

You will also be responsible for:

  • Preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations;
  • Providing guidance and support to other team members as needed;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in workforce optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, operations management, or a related field;
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in workforce management or operational analysis;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets and other data analysis tools is a plus;
  • A strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
