We are seeking a Business Development Professional to support our growing business.

This role involves researching, developing targeted lead lists, executing email marketing campaigns, and conducting outbound sales.

  1. Develop targeted lists and be familiar with tools like Apollo.
  2. Maintain targeted lead lists through research and data analysis.
  3. Execute email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients.
  4. Qualify leads and set appointments via outbound sales calls.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  6. Track and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  7. Foster relationships with potential clients to drive long-term business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage CRM software (e.g., HubSpot or similar) and maintain accurate data records.
  • Provide detailed follow-ups and reporting on leads and progress to management.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in lead generation or sales is preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and Excel for tracking leads and performance.
  • Excellent English proficiency with strong communication and phone presence.
  • Able to develop lead lists through research and identify key target markets.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and speaking to potential clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to track multiple leads and projects.
  • Technical proficiency to manage lead lists, campaign data, and CRM input.
  • Personality traits: outgoing, confident, self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.

Working Details:

  • Hours: 20 hours per week
  • Job Type: Part-time
  • Schedule: M-F 8-12 PM Eastern Standard Time or 8-5 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and half-day on Friday.
