The job involves processing policy applications, endorsements, renewals, certificates, and cancellations for commercial property and casualty insurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy Processing: Process new insurance policy applications, ensuring all required information and documentation are complete and accurate.
  • Policy Endorsements, Renewals, Cancellations: Handle endorsements, renewals, and cancellations in a timely manner.
  • Compliance: Review policy applications for compliance with regulatory requirements.
Documentation Management:
  • Maintain accurate and organized client files and policy records.
  • Ensure all policy documentation is properly scanned, filed, and stored.
  • Generate and distribute policy documents to clients and relevant parties.
Data Entry and Verification:
  • Enter policy information into the insurance management system accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, making corrections as needed.
  • Update and maintain client and policy information in the database.
Customer Support:
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to policy status, coverage details, and billing.
  • Provide support to the customer service team by supplying necessary policy information.
  • Communicate with clients, agents, underwriters, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in commercial property and casualty insurance processing is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with insurance software such as Applied EPIC, AMS 360, EZ Lynx, and CRM systems.
