Licensed Insurance Virtual Assistant (Property & Casualty)

Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PST (flexible)
40 hours per week
Process quoting, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and provide claims support.
Manage inbound/outbound calls, client communication, and policy documentation.
Deliver administrative support including CRM updates, scheduling, and data entry.
Active U.S. Property & Casualty Insurance License (California preferred; other states also acceptable).
Minimum 2 years of experience working with an insurance agency or as a licensed VA.
Strong client service, communication, and organizational skills.
HMO coverage for eligible locations.
Permanent work-from-home arrangement.
Immediate hiring.
