Licensed Insurance Virtual Assistant (Property & Casualty)

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday | 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PST (flexible)

  • 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process quoting, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and provide claims support.

  • Manage inbound/outbound calls, client communication, and policy documentation.

  • Deliver administrative support including CRM updates, scheduling, and data entry.

Requirements:

  • Active U.S. Property & Casualty Insurance License (California preferred; other states also acceptable).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with an insurance agency or as a licensed VA.

  • Strong client service, communication, and organizational skills.
