Job Title: Insurance Professional - Commercial Lines Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Insurance Professional to join our team as a Commercial Lines Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing commercial insurance policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: 
  • Manage commercial insurance policies, including policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including knowledge of commercial insurance laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless policy management and customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in commercial insurance
 Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance, preferably in a policy management or underwriting role
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including liability, property, and workers' compensation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
