About the Role
We are on the hunt for a passionate and organized individual to provide exceptional customer support, manage orders, and collaborate with our sales and marketing teams. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for:
- Processing client orders, refunds, and product exchanges efficiently
- Serving as the front-line responder for customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and courteous service
- Managing and recording the status of customer replacements, and reporting on trends regarding product issues that arise
- Working directly with sales, marketing, and product teams to address customer needs and improve processes
- Providing feedback to the organization on how to better manage and address issues that arise
- Performing weekly cleanup of files to ensure data is current and organized
- Upselling other products as necessary to meet customer needs and company goals
- Assisting in identifying, contacting, and managing partnerships with influencers to support brand awareness and community engagement
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Proven experience in customer service, e-commerce, or a related field (Shopify experience is a major plus)
- Excellent communication skills – you know how to write and speak with empathy, clarity, and a touch of personality
