We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and creating engaging content across various social media platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling posts in advance using content calendars to ensure consistent posting schedules.
  • Creating and publishing high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and text-based posts, that aligns with our brand's voice and tone.
  • Engaging with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitoring and analyzing engagement metrics to inform future content strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social media campaigns.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their features and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and open communication.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools.
Bonus Requirements
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and how to apply them to social media content.
