Job Description">

A fintech company is seeking a highly skilled Content Tagger to join their team. As a key member of the content management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and categorizing digital content, managing FAQs on social media, and enhancing discoverability across platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content categorization and SEO principles, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will be detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:
  • Content Tagging: The successful candidate will be responsible for tagging and categorizing digital content accurately to improve searchability and user engagement.
  • FAQ Management: They will manage and respond to FAQs on social media channels promptly and appropriately.
  • Collaboration: The candidate will collaborate with content creators to understand context and intent for effective tagging.
  • Consistency: They will maintain consistency in tagging practices across all content types.
  • Performance Analysis: The candidate will monitor content performance metrics and analyze the impact of tagging and FAQ management on engagement.
  • Tag Refinement: They will update and refine tags based on performance data and evolving content strategies.
  • Best Practices: The successful candidate will assist in developing best practices for content tagging and management.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in content management or digital marketing.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of content categorization and SEO principles.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Skills: Familiarity with content management systems and tagging tools is beneficial.
