Content Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Manager to oversee the creation, organization, and dissemination of digital content across our client accounts. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure content is accurately documented, tagged, and categorized for optimal performance.


The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be proficient in Google Workspace, and have experience in content coordination, digital marketing, or a related field. Additionally, they should be detail-oriented, able to work independently in a remote team environment, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.


This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate databases and trackers for team coordination. The successful candidate will also be proactive, creative, and adaptable to trend shifts and new ideas.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage digital content upload, organization, and tagging for optimal access.
  • Maintain folder structures, naming conventions, and vault documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Support script template creation for tone consistency and brand voice.
  • Collaborate on content ideas aligned with current trends and client goals.
  • Review content for quality and flag inconsistencies to ensure high standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate databases and trackers for team coordination and task management.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in content coordination, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
  • Familiarity with content management systems and tracking tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
