Job Title: Content Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Content Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CMS platforms, intermediate to strong image editing skills using Photoshop, and a basic understanding of on-page SEO best practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for resizing and optimizing images for web and EDMs, uploading and formatting content into the CMS, optimizing web content for SEO, writing and editing short-form digital content, assisting with maintaining accuracy and consistency across website listings, and conducting basic QA checks before content goes live.

The role also requires collaboration with internal team members via email or task management tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Strapi, or similar)
  • Intermediate to strong image editing skills using Photoshop
  • Basic understanding of on-page SEO best practices
  • Strong written English and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow briefs and standard operating procedures
  • Previous experience in content publishing or digital production (preferred)
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work to deadlines across time zones
