Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our online content strategy and drive measurable growth across platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage all digital content, including copy, imagery, video, voice, editing, uploading, and reporting.
  • Create compelling, trend-driven content that reflects the brand and resonates with our audience.
  • Maintain awareness of media, social, and pop culture trends relevant to our community.
  • D Drive engagement using SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliates, and social strategies.
  • Optimise the online customer journey to increase conversion through content and personalisation.
  • Analyse traffic and research new opportunities for content growth beyond search.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including industry experts and business partners.
  • Manage site content during promotional campaigns, ensuring it's on-brand and timely.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a digital or lifestyle company.
  • Strong understanding of long customer journeys and community building.
  • Proven experience across multiple social media platforms.
  • Expert knowledge of digital and social organic search, Google Ads, and display.
  • Understanding of omni-channel environments (website, CRM, social, advertising).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in driving online traffic that converts into community growth.
  • Results-driven individual with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to think creatively and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Effective communicator with experience working across teams and with external stakeholders.
