Job Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-level executives, including calendar management, email correspondence, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare detailed reports, documents, and presentations as required.
  • Manage meeting notes and follow up on action items to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage administrative workflows efficiently.
  • Handle client-facing communication via email, phone, and CRM systems with professionalism.
  • Answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and relay messages to the appropriate person or department.
  • Assist with client onboarding and data entry into CRM platforms.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between internal teams and external clients.
  • Perform general office support tasks such as document organization and scheduling.
  • Support executives in managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in administrative and executive assistant roles with a strong track record of success.
  • Previous experience supporting C-level executives is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a focus on building strong relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with CRM systems is beneficial.
