Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to manage development projects, document workflows and business processes, and communicate those processes to the ServiceNow team.

  • The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow functionality and ITIL processes, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem, Asset Management, CMDB Management, Service Catalog, and Problem Management modules.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and manage schedules, documentation, project planning, and communications.
  • Expert ability to multi-task and work independently, with robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

The ServiceNow Business Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer expectations and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are clarified and documented.
  • Creating and executing test cases, reporting on testing progress, and providing project support.
  • Managing UAT with end-users, including coordination and user acceptance signoff.
  • Preparing user documentation and training documentation as necessary.
  • Recommending process improvements and displaying a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably with ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification.
  • BA, BS, or equivalent experience, with advance degree preferred.
  • Experience implementing systems using Agile methodology.
