Job Description

We are seeking a Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements to drive business growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Elicit, translate, validate, communicate, negotiate, and manage business requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Scope projects to meet business needs, identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending solutions that maximize value delivery.
  • Serve as a communication conduit between stakeholders and the project team, facilitating collaboration and ensuring clear understanding of business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, market trends, and user needs to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements and prioritize features based on business goals and user feedback.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and detailed technical specifications for development teams.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or related roles.
  • Experience working in software development projects with a focus on user-centric design.
  • Familiarity with industries such as technology, e-commerce, or finance is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and methodologies.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification is desirable.
  • Agile or Scrum certification may be beneficial depending on the organization's methodologies.
