We are seeking a skilled Zendesk Admin to oversee workflows, manage queue systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer support operations. The successful candidate will effectively configure and maintain AI integrations within Zendesk.

Requirements:
  • Zendesk Certified Administrator certification
