About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic finance professional to support our client's executive leadership team.

This role is central to our financial strategy and operational success, requiring strong knowledge of multi-entity, multi-state payroll, tax filings, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Month-End Reporting, ensuring accurate and timely consolidation across multiple entities and states.
  • Manage cash flows analysis, annual budgeting processes, and driving financial accountability across all departments.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, adhering to regulatory and GAAP compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and consolidation for multi-entity organizations. Additionally, they should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and grow high-performing teams.
