Job Title: Remote Senior Accounts Receivable Professional

This is a remote opportunity to work as a full-time Senior Accounts Receivable professional for a growing business in the United States.

The role involves processing, verifying, and posting receipts for goods sold or services rendered. It also includes following up on collectible accounts, allocating payments for credit card customers, and communicating with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records regarding payments and account statuses, performing account reconciliations, researching and resolving discrepancies, and working extensively with the collections department to review accounts, client payments, and credit history. This may also include developing new or better repayment terms.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to create reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses. You will also obtain information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete, perform administrative tasks such as data entry, prepare invoices, send bill reminders, file paperwork, and contact clients to discuss their accounts.

Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. You should have 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Payable and/or General Accounting, proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, strong Netsuite experience in functions for AR and AP process, and a working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
