Role: Senior Accountant/Bookkeeper

Salary: Competitive Basic Salary

Benefits: HMO plus 2 free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential.

Work Setup: Work from Home

Shift schedule: 5-day work week, 8:00 pm to 5:00 am Philippine Time

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an organized Chart of Accounts in accordance with company and regulatory standards
  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping, including transaction posting, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
  • Lead and execute month-end and year-end close processes
  • Process and manage payroll in compliance with local and international regulations
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure accounting practices comply with relevant laws, policies, and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors as needed

Qualifications:

  • A seasoned accounting professional with 5 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, preferably with a background in one of the Big Four accounting firms.
  • Experience working in an international or global company is a strong advantage, demonstrating familiarity with international accounting standards, cross-border transactions, and multi-currency environments.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • CPA or equivalent certification is preferred but not required
