Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement
    • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, identifying opportunities to enhance their financial experiences.
    • Present and explain loan options in a clear and concise manner, addressing any concerns or questions the customer may have.
  • Loan Processing
    • Craft and execute loan applications from initiation to completion, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely fashion.
    • Maintain a high level of organization and productivity, meeting daily targets for outbound calls and achieving significant talk time with clients.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our loan products, enabling effective promotion and explanation of additional features and benefits.
    • Bolster sales skills through continuous learning and development, effectively communicating the value proposition of our loan options to customers.
  • Expectation Management
    • Deliver a consultative approach to sales, expertly managing customer expectations and overcoming objections to drive successful outcomes.
    • Operate within established guidelines and parameters set by our lending partners, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration.
    Requirements:
    • Education
      • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
    • Language/Communication/Interpersonal
      • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing fluent English.
    • Math Skills
      • Basic computation skills, accurately handling numbers and calculations.
    • Organization
      • Effective time management, maintaining a well-organized workspace, and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
