Key Loan Processor Position:

Candidates must possess a high level of English proficiency to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage loan applications from initiation through closing, serving as the primary point of contact for borrowers.
  • Review and analyze extensive documentation including property valuations, rent rolls, renovation budgets, entity formation documents, and financial statements with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactively identify potential issues early in the process and develop effective solutions.
  • Calculate key metrics including DSCR, LTV, and ARV ratios with precision and accuracy.
  • Coordinate third-party reports and vendor deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in loan processing, preferably in investment property loans.
  • Strong understanding of real estate terminology, loan structures, title commitments, and entity structures.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with proven ability to catch errors and discrepancies.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with ability to anticipate issues and develop solutions independently.
