Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Loan Coordinator to oversee the loan processing function, serving as the key point of contact for borrowers and underwriters.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing documentation, such as property valuations and financial statements, to ensure accuracy and completeness.

The ideal candidate will have meticulous attention to detail, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing investment property loans from application through closing
  • Reviewing and analyzing loan files for accuracy and completeness
  • Proactively identifying potential issues early in the process and developing solutions
  • Collaborating with underwriters and third-party vendors to resolve issues and meet deadlines
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years experience in loan processing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment terminology and loan structures
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
  • Technical proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously while maintaining 100% accuracy and quality standards
