Australian Mortgage Loan Processing Opportunity

As a mortgage loan processor, you will support the team in achieving settlement targets by managing data entry into various systems and preparing compliance documentation for proposed loans.
This role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Effective communication with clients and other parties is crucial to ensure timely completion of settlements.
Key responsibilities include lodging new applications with lenders, communicating with clients, organizing valuations and settlements, and ensuring all settled files are compliant.
Required Skills and Qualifications- At least 2 years of experience in Australian loan processing is essential
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, loan processing software, and potentially banking computer software is necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are crucial for interacting with clients and other parties
