Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Remote Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via various communication channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and feedback to customers
  • Monitor and manage databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate support efforts and achieve business objectives
  • Offer personalized support to customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Sales and lead generation through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Complaint resolution and issue escalation when necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fully fluent in English language
  • Proficient in using various apps and technology platforms
  • Ability to commit long-term and full-time to the role
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time)
  • No prior experience is required, but previous experience will be considered an asset
  • Demonstrated track record of success in similar roles or environments
